SymTerra was adopted to enable MTR and their contractor BCM to obtain live updates from site on over 500 planned activities during the Easter blockade. This allowed the project team to update the hour-by-hour programme in real-time, identify any change to the critical path activities and re-sequence works or re-allocate resources to ensure the station is reopened on time.
